Many Girl Scout badges, books, insignia, uniform components, and gift items found in the Girl Scout Catalog are stocked at the Council Shop. You may place an order in person, by phone, e-mail or mail. Items not in stock take 1-2 weeks to arrive. During peak ordering times in the spring and fall, be sure to allow extra time for orders.

Orders may be paid by cash, check, money order, debit or credit card. The shop accepts Visa and Master card. Orders may be mailed for a small handling fee and must be paid for in advance.

Returns

Items purchased through the council shop may be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase, provided they are in the original package and accompanied with a receipt. If the return amount is $5 or less, a cash refund will be given; returns over $5.01 will be issued a refund in the form of a check. Items without a receipt are accepted for an exchange of merchandise only, must be current merchandise and in the original package. There are no refunds for clearance merchandise.
